Balagan is at the crossroads between techno and hardcore. The duo draws inspiration from its underground rave roots, creating recognizable music based on thoughtful sound design, hard kicks mixed with techno grooves, raw synths, and chopped-up breaks, giving birth to tracks tailored for the dancefloor. Their style has seduced several labels, such as Green Fetish, RAW, Tripalium, or We Are Rave. The duo also created their record label in 2022, Balagan Records, and already released three EPs.
Balagan’s music is supported by many key artists from the techno and hard techno scene, such as Paula Temple, Manu le Malin, Airod, Dax J, Slam, I Hate Models, Somniac One, Shlomo, Cancel, Rebekah, DIØN, Charlie Sparks, Krl MX, Cassie Raptor, Hadone and many more.
Balagan is also the curator for the Hard Techno, Hard Dance, and Hardcore genres at Beatport.
